Teambuilding by Stealth

Cumulus Outdoor Events not only offer outdoor team building challenges to enhance teams and team skills programs to develop team members, we also offer team building programs that have specific team development aims and objectives as well as offer a solution without training, facilitation or feedback sessions. These programs have the disadvantage of not being as effective as outdoor team development programs but team building by stealth programs do have the advantage of being more economical and giving team members more time to participate in the team building experiences, challenges and activities.

Teams have the opportunity to challenge themselves, work together within interesting and stunning locations as well as participate in active, entertaining and stimulating challenges. Team building by stealth programs are designed so that teams and team members have to work together to achieve various challenge objectives and also give team members the ability to jointly experience activities together, helping to build rapport, a sense of history and friendships. These events are memorable and have an impact on teams, allowing people to have fun, work together, often relying upon each other and develop a sense of camaraderie.

This style of outdoor team event makes use of various challenges and activities depending upon the clients' preferred locations and choice of venue. They can be run within towns and cities or make use of more adventurous outdoor activities within rural environments.

Program content varies depending upon the team's event objectives. A popular choice is that of the Cumulus Challenge that consist of a variety of team challenges and activities such as Dorset Coasteering that are combined with teams having to make use of various modes of transport.
