Cumulus provide specialised management training

Cumulus delivers outdoor teambuilding training, outdoor management training programs as well as personal development courses, communication skills programs and motivational events. In addition to these, we also offer outdoor training programs for graduate development and for apprentice personal and team skills programs. All of these programs use outdoor learning training activities combined with periods of reflection, facilitation, feedback and action planning.

Trainers are then supported by our outdoor crew who ensure all participants have safe, beneficial and enjoyable outdoor experiences. The bespoke outdoor learning activities used on our programs are designed to highlight, challenge and develop the core program objectives.

Each challenge used is carefully considered prior to the program, ensuring that the participants attending specific programs are suitably challenged by the outdoor events but not pushed beyond their emotional or physical boundaries. The ethos of 'Challenge by Choice' is always used on Cumulus outdoor events. We also feel participants need to have the opportunity to 'Choose to Challenge' themselves. We achieve this by offering:

Experiential learning is the main development tool used on our programs. This is combined with input from our trainers to offer a complete experiential education package that empowers participants to discover, experiment, practice and develop various personal, team and leadership skills.
