Outdoor Motivational Development Training Programmes
Cumulus run outdoor based motivational programs with differing key aims: in order to help motivate and incentivise teams, to improve motivational levels within staff members and in order to develop skills to motivate others.
Outdoor staff motivation days are often bespoke outdoor events, teambuilding by stealth programs or outdoor corporate events. Team development programs also have a huge impact on motivational levels. In addition to these, team members and leaders can develop motivational skills in order to positively influence those around them. Motivational learning techniques are used to inspire participants to question their own levels of motivation and identify what motivates them. External influences on motivation will be considered as well as how to minimise the negative influences and maximise the positive motivational influences on teams. In this way, teams and leaders can make best use of external factors to motivate team members.
Participants will be able to explore the benefits of developing empathy and applying it to their communication techniques, in order to improve their abilities to influence and motivate others. They will also experience for themselves the benefits of learning-by-doing and physical stimulus. Participants will take this further and consider how they can apply this concept to their own work situations in order to improve motivational levels within their own teams. Motivating others is dependent upon your own behaviours and use of language. Participants will be able to actively appreciate this through feedback sessions and be able to monitor how they can influence others by adjusting how colleagues perceive them.
For more information on how we run Motivational programs, you are more than welcome to attend one of our Open Days to experience Cumulus, meet with our key staff, discuss your potential requirements and experience some of our delivery techniques and learning experiences.
