Outdoor Corporate & Staff Social Awaydays

Cumulus Outdoor Events organises a range of staff social away days, either just for member of staff or for them and their families. These team fun days and family days benefit from our event design and hosting experience, our knowledge of great venues across the UK as well as our numerous links with external suppliers. The only thing we can't organise is the weather. We hope for the best but always plan for the worst to ensure that our events are always enjoyable and successful.

These days are all about members of staff and their families having a great day out, lots of fun and laughter, great food, plenty to do and time to chat. Organisations use these type of events to say thank you to their teams, enhance staff relationships through this team experience as well as by giving staff team members the opportunity to meet and spend time with family members. It is a perfect format for employers to improve and strengthen relationships with their employees.

You and your staff will enjoy the day and have a lot of fun. Cumulus are very serious about ensuring the day is a huge success. We spend time understanding our clients' requirements, getting to know some of the participants and their needs (without giving the game away!). We then take time to fully match this understanding with our experience and resources to offer our clients several bespoke outdoor events options to discuss before agreeing on the final event design. The Cumulus crew prepare, host and run the event activities to ensure everyone has the best time possible. In fact we are so sure of this; we give our clients the opportunity to decide upon our profit margin for each away day.
