Cumulus run outdoor corporate events for motivational days, product education for staff, internal communications, team away-days as well as outdoor management training events. Participants attend our outdoor corporate learning events to interact with each other, to have fun and to be challenged. They will also be experiencing a program that has been carefully developed to achieve key objectives set by our clients.

Outdoor events are also staged for participants to just have fun and let their hair down. This takes advantage of staff members experiencing activities and challenges together; developing closer working relationships and improving their understanding of each other. This all leads to developing a sense of team spirit and camaraderie: team building by stealth!

Outdoor corporate activity events can take on many forms. Cumulus works alongside our clients to ensure we fully understand the needs and objectives for each individual outdoor event. Once we have sufficient understanding we develop various ideas, themes and concepts for our clients to choose their preferred option. This is then fully researched and developed prior to completing a full outdoor event proposal. In the past, formats that have proven to be popular and successful include:

Making use of towns to explore, challenge and experience.
