Attending a bespoke team building day and making use of bespoke team building activities is reassuring for participants in that they are aware that the outdoor teambuilding program itself has been designed entirely around the people on the course. They have already met the trainers, they have discussed the issues that exist within their team and have helped to identify the key aims and objectives of the teambuild. They know that the teambuild trainers are already aware of their needs and that the team experiences and bespoke team challenges have been chosen and designed to ensure everyone can participate in whatever way they wish. Yes, they will be challenged and stretched as a team but everyone also knows they will be supported; it's safe, it will be fun and it will be a powerful team experience.

At Cumulus Outdoor Events, we have the experience, ability and resources to fully match your needs. Our trainers have a vast amount of hands-on experience and knowledge with teams, individuals, companies, differing environments and cultures. Our staff team have many qualifications and knowledge of applying theories, models, surveys and tools to the teams they work with. However we do not blind people with science. We only use models and theories if they are appropriate and only use specific learning tools if they match the issues and requirements of the team.

Our themed teambuilding challenges can be used, adjusted, reworked or left behind in the store. We use the outdoors as a learning tool. Sometimes that can involve adventure, sometimes it involves business simulation exercises, and sometimes it's a stroll around a garden whilst chatting to team members, facilitated by a Cumulus trainer.
The outdoors is an amazing medium for taking people out of their comfort zones and into an environment where they become committed to other team members. This can also be done by putting teams into unfamiliar societies and cultures within the UK and abroad, such as Morocco and Egypt. These cultural based team building programs are just as powerful as the typical outdoor adventure or challenge based program. When working with Cumulus, our clients have the comfort in knowing they will be given a series of potential training options that will be best suited to the team, not to the convenience of the trainers.
