Bespoke Corporate Outdoor Challenge & Activity Days

Cumulus Outdoor Events design imaginative and innovative bespoke outdoor events for our corporate clients as well as for the general public. Bespoke outdoor teambuilding challenges are designed around clients' needs and objectives. We can run a themed corporate activity day anywhere in the country at locations that are convenient as well as fantastic.

Bespoke team building programs are designed around the needs of the clients and the team members. The design process is paramount as is consultation with team members to ensure we fully understand their team, the personalities, the work load and the issues. With all the bespoke outdoor training programs we run, this plays a major role in success of the training. Information, communication and ownership enable teams and participants to fully commit to the training process. Front loading programs help to build understanding, initial reflection, questions and anticipation for the program itself. These meetings also help the trainers and the team members to meet each other and start the process of developing a learner centered relationship. Time spent in this way before any bespoke outdoor training program will give the participants a sense of direction and enable a positive attitude towards the learning and the potential outcomes. This initial work will also help to ensure the bespoke outdoor challenges used on the training programs are suitable and effective for individuals taking part in the training, giving them the confidence to participate and to achieve.

For themed activity days and for designing a bespoke corporate activity day for clients, the design and consultation process is equally as important. Selected managers and staff members can be used to form a feedback and ideas forum in order to ensure the event themes and content suggested would prove to be well received by everyone attending the event.
