Horse Riding Outdoor Adventure Experience

As well as adventure activities such as Dorset Coasteering, Cumulus arrange horse riding experiences for those who are complete novices and for those more experienced. We organise corporate horse riding events as well as some pony trekking sessions around the country. For the best riding on the south coast, we use stables that can offer beach riding as well as trips through heathland, along coastal tracks, through forests and even a horse back pub trot. Stop and have lunch in pub gardens with the horses grazing around you. Rides are great for individuals, couple or families to book on as well as for stag and hen parties to enjoy the experience. Cumulus also have a series of cunning ideas to incorporate rides into our bespoke outdoor events and corporate treasure hunts.

Those with more experience can enjoy long canters along hills and ridges offering stunning scenery to enjoy whilst you ride. Horses available include quiet cobs and hacking ponies through to ex race horses and hunters. Rides last from an hour to 5 hours depending on the nature of the ride. We suggest that a 2 hour ride is perfect to fit in with lunch and then move onto other activities from the country pursuit section, land based or water based adventure experiences. For bespoke corporate events, we can incorporate rides into part of the outdoor event and rides can also be used as part of a Cumulus Challenge experience.

Naturally a member of the Cumulus Crew will always be on hand (unless you go cantering!) to ensure that the session runs well and meets all your objectives for the day.

Activities are open to any age but all under 18's must be accompanied by a parent.
