Cumulus Delivery & Returns Policy
(For ecommerce adventure activity sessions)
- We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or overseas.
- There are no extra delivery charges for items posted with Royal Mail standard delivery.
- Items are normally delivered within 2-5 working days.
- Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 1400hrs (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed after 1400hrs or at weekends will be processed the next working day.
- Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your items within a reasonable time.
- We will endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
- We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If items are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs.
- You have the right to return any goods or vouchers within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will also be made up to 28 days from date of receipt.
- All refunds made after 7 days and within 28 days of receipt will incur a £20 or 20% administration charge (whichever is greater). Once you or your recipient has booked an experience with Cumulus you are bound by our Terms and Conditions (please make yourself aware of these at the time of booking: available on our download page or on request).
- All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded directly to the credit card. All refunds are processed at month end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser’s account.
- To request a refund you MUST return your voucher / or confirmation pack by recorded delivery to Cumulus Outdoor Events Ltd, 14 Ballard, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 1QZ, along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request.
- If any info packs or gift vouchers are damaged in transit to your address, please call Cumulus on 01929 426044 within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the packs or vouchers at no extra cost once the damaged items have been returned to us.

- We accept the following payments: Cheques or postal orders made payable to ‘Cumulus Outdoor Events Ltd’ for the appropriate amount and full contact details. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until full payment has been received.
